主講人簡(jiǎn)介:
黃旭,畢業(yè)于香港嶺南大學(xué)管理學(xué)專業(yè),并在英國(guó)蘭卡斯特大學(xué)獲得組織行為與分析學(xué)文學(xué)碩士學(xué)位,在荷蘭瓦赫寧根大學(xué)獲得組織心理學(xué)博士學(xué)位?,F(xiàn)任香港浸會(huì)大學(xué)工商偉德國(guó)際1946bv官網(wǎng)副院長(zhǎng),管理學(xué)講座(首席)教授,并兼任浸會(huì)大學(xué)DBA課程總監(jiān)和人力資源策略及發(fā)展研究中心主任,也是Management and Organization Review 顧問(wèn)主編,Academy of Management Journal ,Human Relations 的編委成員。黃旭的研究興趣包括領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、權(quán)力,員工主動(dòng)行為及非正常行為,員工幸福感與情緒、跨文化組織心理、中國(guó)組織當(dāng)中的管理問(wèn)題。他已在國(guó)際期刊發(fā)表80多篇論文,包括Administrative Science Quarterly,Academy of Management Journal,Organization Science,Journal of Applied Psychology,Journal of International Business Studies,Personnel Psychology,Journal of Management,Leadership Quarterly,Journal of Organizational Behavior,Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology,Journal of Cross-Cultural Psychology。2024年,黃旭再次被斯坦福大學(xué)評(píng)為世界2%最有影響力的科學(xué)家之一。
報(bào)告內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)介:
In this seminar, I will present a novel theoretical model that suggests employees’ responses to their leaders in adulthood are influenced by their childhood socialization experiences. This model provides insight into the variability of employee reactions to identical leadership behaviors. Our research opens new avenues for exploring the socialization origins of individuals' leadership experiences. I will present a series of empirical studies conducted by my former PhD student, Dr. Leni Chen, which largely support our key propositions.
